George Washington - as one of the most important people in America's history

    George Washington is one of the most importat people in America's history. He made USA independent and with a small army of young rebels defeated the UK - a global superpower and America's colonizer. He with help of Alexander Hamilton, Thomas Jeffersson and many other founding fathers wrote the US constitution and then became the first president of the new, free and independent USA. 
   He was the commander in chief during the Revolution War and even though his armies were outnumbered, outpowered and outplanned he managed to avoid failure and he wore down the British forces and achieved victory, securing the USA's freedom. 
    After he set America free he returned to Mount Vernon and continued his life as a normal citizen with his wife Martha Washington and two kids. He died in 1799 at the age of 67.

      Oh yeah sorry it's revolutionary and the topic was "Great People of America" basically about who they are and what they've changed.

Sleep disorders

 Sleep disorders are conditions that influence the quality and amount of sleep that you get. Everyone can have problems falling asleep once in a while but sleep disorders tend to stretch for long periods of time. Usually as result, even though you’ve slept a healthy, recommended amount of time, you can experience weariness and fatigue. There are around 80 different types of sleep disorders but most common types are insomnia, sleep apnea, restless legs syndrome and narcolepsy. Insomnia prevents you from falling asleep, sleep apnea influences your breathing patterns while in slumber, restless legs syndrome is a type of sleep movement disorder, and narcolepsy makes you fall asleep during the day due to extreme exhaustion. Sleep apnea

     Sleep apnea is a sleep disorder which repeatedly prevents or stops its victim from breathing. The disease cannot kill people but the complications can shorten ones lifespan. It dramatically lowers ones sleep quality and makes it almost impossible to wake up well rested.      There are three different types of sleep apnea - obstructive sleep apnea, central sleep apnea and complex sleep apnea syndrome. The first occurs when ones throat muscles relax. The second happens when our brain doesn't send proper signals to muscles that control breathing. The last one is a combination of the first two and is the most lethal.      Loud snoring, gasping for air during sleep, waking up with a dry mouth and hypersomnia are common symptoms of sleep apnea.
