13.04.2021 - Biden to withdraw US troops from Afghanistan by September 11

    Joe Biden stated that he will withdraw all the remaining US troops and forces from Afghanistan by September 11. We're expecting a formal announcement on Wednesday 14/04. Currently, there are 2 500 US soldiers snd 7 000 units as a part of the NATO coalition inside of the borders of the country waiting for withdrawal. 


    It's great that these special forces are returning home to their families, but who knows what is going to happen after Afghanistan is "coalition free" and back on its own. They'll be free to do whatever they please inside the country's borders. Rebellion is very probable so is propaganda against the US and NATO.

    Probably, the biggest worry is that Afghanistan may become an even more effective breeding and training ground for religious fanatics and terrorists. But there have been foreign troops there since the Soviet invasion in 1979. And the country has been a perfect ground for a proxy war between Russia, the US, China, Pakistan and whoever wants to get involved. An unfortunate place to live.

 Sleep disorders are conditions that influence the quality and amount of sleep that you get. Everyone can have problems falling asleep once in a while but sleep disorders tend to stretch for long periods of time. Usually as result, even though you’ve slept a healthy, recommended amount of time, you can experience weariness and fatigue. There are around 80 different types of sleep disorders but most common types are insomnia, sleep apnea, restless legs syndrome and narcolepsy. Sleep apnea

     Sleep apnea is a sleep disorder which repeatedly prevents or stops its victim from breathing. The disease cannot kill people but the complications can shorten ones lifespan. It dramatically lowers ones sleep quality and makes it almost impossible to wake up well rested.      There are three different types of sleep apnea - obstructive sleep apnea, central sleep apnea and complex sleep apnea syndrome. The first occurs when ones throat muscles relax. The second happens when our brain doesn't send proper signals to muscles that control breathing. The last one is a combination of the first two and is the most lethal.      Loud snoring, gasping for air during sleep, waking up with a dry mouth and hypersomnia are common symptoms of sleep apnea.
