My observation: 4

On Wednesday NASA will attempt to alter the orbit of an asteroid flying near Earth's atmosphere by deliberately crashing a spacecraft into it. It's going to be the first time in history that we try to alter a flight path of an object in space. NASA's aim is to test our defence mechanisms in case of a future hazard for humanity. 

I think what NASA is trying to accomplish is both good and bad. Considering how many resources it takes to create a spacecraft i don't think that dumping it into the space is the greatest idea. Add to it the current space traffic problems - debris flying all around Earth. Though I do think it's for the best. If NASA manages to alter the orbit of the asteroid we will better understand the probability of saving humanity from such events.

    Maybe we need an asteroid to threaten us for real to finally appreciate what we have here on earth?

Sleep disorders

 Sleep disorders are conditions that influence the quality and amount of sleep that you get. Everyone can have problems falling asleep once in a while but sleep disorders tend to stretch for long periods of time. Usually as result, even though you’ve slept a healthy, recommended amount of time, you can experience weariness and fatigue. There are around 80 different types of sleep disorders but most common types are insomnia, sleep apnea, restless legs syndrome and narcolepsy. Insomnia prevents you from falling asleep, sleep apnea influences your breathing patterns while in slumber, restless legs syndrome is a type of sleep movement disorder, and narcolepsy makes you fall asleep during the day due to extreme exhaustion. Sleep apnea

     Sleep apnea is a sleep disorder which repeatedly prevents or stops its victim from breathing. The disease cannot kill people but the complications can shorten ones lifespan. It dramatically lowers ones sleep quality and makes it almost impossible to wake up well rested.      There are three different types of sleep apnea - obstructive sleep apnea, central sleep apnea and complex sleep apnea syndrome. The first occurs when ones throat muscles relax. The second happens when our brain doesn't send proper signals to muscles that control breathing. The last one is a combination of the first two and is the most lethal.      Loud snoring, gasping for air during sleep, waking up with a dry mouth and hypersomnia are common symptoms of sleep apnea.
